Typical rip-off tire store. If you are looking for rude customer service, and a business who will not offer you the price of their ADVERTISED specials, then this is the place for you. Had to give it one star to post, not really worth any!

Told me my tire needed replaced for $200. Second opinion showed my tire was fine. Thank god for honest people.

In May of 2012 I decided to buy tires for my truck because they had the best deal and the sales guys were friendly and helpful. Issue #1 was they slyly sold me an alignment package that I never used by saying it came with the tires. Issue #2 I figured I would get my oil changed while I was there, after all they are professionals.... Two months later when my oil light came on I found out they didn't TIGHTEN MY OIL FILTER!! Tire Kingdom went out of their way to help me today. and I want to give a special thanks to Wade. Prices were reasonable...I know because I spent hours calling different places. They did the work and did not try to sell me anything extra. I was very pleased.

I wouldn't go back to this place if my car broke down in front of it! Very poor customer service and they took 3 hours longer than they estimated to do a simple oil change, which I had an appointment for. That wouldn't make me so angry if they had at least appologized or not been so rude when I called to inquire about the car. I won't spend my money at place that acts as if their time is more valuable than my own.
