I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years (probably more like 15)... I have purchased tires/rotations from nowhere else in that time. I’m a loyal customer and don’t mind waiting for good service but this morning has tested that loyalty. I have one of my tires losing about 5psi/day (assuming a nail or screw). Came by Thursday morning and was told it’s pretty much appointment only right now and unless I wanted to leave it with them for at least a few hours I should make an appointment. Appointments are pointless. I made an appointment for 11:30 to have 4 new tires installed and they didn’t begin working on it until 1:30 and didn’t leave until 2:30. There are plenty of alternatives out there for tire installation...I would avoid these guys if you can’t be without your vehicle for the day.
RecommendedWe were visiting from Florida when our tire pressure warning light came on in our 2015 Honda Accord. Checked tire pressure and right rear was lower than when we checked before our trip. It was 4:30 on Saturday afternoon and Matt did not hesitate to help solve our problem, including taking us to and from our grandson's birthday party (1 mile away) while the tire was being serviced. We have a vacation home in the area and will keep Matt in mind when we need new tires.

Took my new car for its first oil change and found it was leaking oil the next day. Manager was nice, but did say it was nothing they did. Guess new cars just mess themselves up? Also, hope the guys enjoyed my radio that almost burst my eardrum when I cranked up. Won’t be back.
My vehicle was ready within 30 minutes after they started working on it. Very efficient. The technician also gave me a coupon for other services needed. I would definitely go there again.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had with an appointment. If u have nothing to do except wait around all day , this is the place for u.The appointment portion is a joke for I was there from 1pm-4:30 for a set of tires. After 2 1/2 hours I only had 1 tire on the vehicle. After taking a picture to post I noticed that 2 more tires showed up 10 min later. 19.95 oil change? Don't believe it. They try to force you too use expensive synthetic oil or they won't service your car. 256.000 miles on conventional oil, I'd say it works just fine. I have been in the automotive business for over 35 years and it amazes me the underhanded business practices and just down right stupidity that goes on today....smdh
