I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am 7/28/2021 for 2 front tires put on. I arrived at 9:30 and waited for ********* to get off the phone with a customer. He answered another phone call while I was standing right in front of him. I waited 15 minutes standing there to even be acknowledged. The worst vehicle service I have ever received. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior and the day before my appointment, a young lady rudely spoke with me via phone and told me I would "have to" reschedule, that I didn't have a choice. I arrived on time for my appointment and did a drop off. When I arrived back 3 hours later my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot in the same place. As a company, these people are genuinely just terrible. The credit card they offer tries to make it as difficult as possible to pay your bill on time - half the time the site is down or crashes or just outright doesn't load. Paying by phone to avoid the shoddy site incurs a convenience fee. The rebates they offer never come through and good luck getting a response. This shop in Tallahassee, FL on Ocala stole the rims off of my new (to me) car during a tire installation service. I don't even have permanent tags yet. They were so busy stealing my rims that they didn't offer the alignment so I had to take my car back to them. The technicians did NOT complete the alignment correctly and unbalanced the tires. ***********, *************, ****-**** communication. I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire patch job on a Monday morning at 11am. The shop was practically devoid of other vehicles. I was told it would not be ready until the following morning, OK no problem. 24 hours later, I called the shop to check on the status; they said it was finished. NTB at ****************** Germantown, MD 20874 This NTB is a terrible place that you don't want to bring your cars for the lack of training technicians here.on 7/17/2021, I brought my car for oil change package (oil change and tire rotation). It took them more than two hours for oil change. I did not see the tire rotation was done, so I asked the technician about it, and the technician responded that he did. NTB on Old Georgetown rd Bethesda,MD are Crooks!! My Son is a Marine nearby and brought his Honda in for in for service for a squeak when he braked. Takes to NTB on 6-12-21 and they said and provided a written estimate for $1427.85 for brakes all around and a new battery (battery bought 2 months ago) He takes it to a nearby established garage and they tell him that not only does it NOT need brakes but they are only a little more then halfway worn Reported to consumer protection and a few others

This is a review for the location off of I35 in Round Rock, TX. I went for a simple $25 oil change and to my surprise when I was done my air intake hose was removed along with various sensors and other hoses. On top of that they never put any oil in my car and no new filter on it which I paid for and they purposely destroyed my oil pan which is a $500 fix.

I think you should avoid this place like the plague. They are crooks and do not do what they claim they will do. I arrived with an appointment for 8:30 for a simple full synthetic oil change.. I present coupon which was put with the paperwork they sent out to technician. Technician begins work and then disappears for almost 30 minutes to buy tools from Mac Tool Truck.....comes back and basically close everything up and backs car out.. I ask if everything was good and tech says like new... I go in to pay bill and the 20.00... read more
