Me and my wife have been using this location for years ! That has officially come to a screeching halt !!! after getting an oil change on my wifes hummer a little while back I just recently noticed the skid plate looked like it had been reinstalled by a 4 year old. I literally have to take it off and reinstall it, I would love to post pictures of this bs and I will if I can figure out how ! Sad part is this was becoming a trend with this location and I should have quit using them prior. Live and learn I guess.
Took for a simple oil change, within 5 minutes of getting in and starting the drive home it was over heating - it had NO FLUIDS in it!!!! I took back up there they “put some fluids in” I get back home I double check and it’s still not at the FULL LINE. This is basic mechanics, since this my truck has been overheating. If they cannot perform basic mechanics I would definitely not trust them with anything else!! I called the manager and the manager danced around the issue and pushed the blame on me! these guys are a complete joke, can't even change rotors and front brake pads on a TAHOE....they claimed they put too big of brake pads on it ( so they had to beat the caliper on with a HAMMER!!! then when they finally got it back together the pads were rubbing the rotors so bad they were smoking on the "test drive" that lasted 50yrds....now they think I need new calipers at over $350 each......they were not smoking when I brought it to them....The store is ran by somebody who wants to tell you that your truck cant leave his... read more
