This location has always been honest and professional with me. I dont go to any other location as I have been ripped off at others and including my cars dealership in the past.
had an 11am appt. and did not leave until 230 for a balancing and alignment check. by 230 i was just ready to leave and did not even have the check performed. Whatever manager handles the scheduling should know this location needs more than 2 or 3 employees running on the weekend.
We are always well treated at this location for all those scheduled and unscheduled repairs. Thank you.
They tell you they'll top fluids but they don't even bother checking them. This happened a few times. Finally called corporate office. Waiting to hear back. Won't go back to this one.
Alberto was super awesome and checked my tire pressure with my two babies sleeping. I went in and asked for his help and he graciously obliged. I'll be back shortly to get my oil changed simply for the excellent customer service. Thanks Tire Kingdom
Who's going to wait 3 hours just for a oil change?!
I spent over $1500 on new wheels & tires. Since install I have returned 4 times to have my tires balanced because every time I still had the shakes. The manager at this store would not agree to road force balance my tires even though my tires were still under warranty & he wanted me to pay even more money. Needless to say the guy who balanced my tires said he road forced them & it finally fixed my car vibrating (only reason I give 2 stars).
