the counter sraff/management will listen and do their best to deliver appropriate service.
This has been by far the slowest service I have ever received. I had an appointment to get two tires changed. Shouldn’t take two hours - especially given that they started on time.
RecommendedHighly recommend. They always provide great service with my tires, battery, and now my starter. I go to them for my oil changes and every time it's the same level of service. I don't trust anyone else with my car.
Don't have your employees lie about the services they completed. & provide better warranty services, brakes that were bought less than 6 months ago should not be grinding/squealing & 'you can't find a reason.'
went in for discount found online, tire sizes didn't match discount. Matt matched discount on right sized tires. In by 730, out by 930. New tire, rotation and alignment. very satisfied customer
Matt has made me a Tire Kingdom regular. Whether it’s a new tire, oil change or checking my AC compressor, he always manages to get me in and take care of me and my vehicles needs.
Manager is a bully and the customer service is awful. After waiting 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment the tires were not rotated as stated and drivers side window was broken by staff while servicing the car. Manager even took off his shirt in the parking lot threatening to beat my @$$ if I didn't leave the property. All this in front of my son. Reported this to customer service without any satisfaction. Still waiting on resolution.
Stopped in with a nail in my tire. They had me in and out within 30 minutes. Front desk guy was busy but friendly. Very impressed with the entire experience.
