WASTE OF TIME-I had a 2pm appt for a basic oil change package. I arrived just before 2 & waited 15min to speak to anyone. The manager then checked me in, while telling me I had no appointment, even though I had already gotten verification of said appointment via email. I then sat in the lobby waiting, waiting & waiting until 3:15. At that time, I requested that my order be scratched & my car retrieved, since no one had even popped the hood yet. This is by far the worst Tire Kingdom me and my fiancé have been to. I went to get an oil change. I got there at 9:45 or so and mind you I was the only one there. They didn't get to my car until 11:44. For me to be the only person there it shouldn't have taken that long to get my truck an oil change
