I was there for about 3hrs. They only had one mechanic there. They had no heat in the place. If it wasn't for the warranty I had with them o would have left. Once I'm done with this warranty I will not be returning

This is the only place I takes my car!! I may not always like what the have to say, (what my car needs versus what my banking account has) but I love that they take good care of my car.
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not have an appointment but I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. A lot faster than going to a dealer. I've spent over 2 hours at a dealership getting an oil change, even with an appointment.
In the past, the Normandy store has been decent. I came in 3 weeks ago and had the terminals on my battery checked and asked them to run a check on the efficiency of my battery, overall. Well, last night, I got stranded due to heavy corrosion of that same battery. Needles to say, it ticked me off being stranded about a problem I expected to have had repaired. Let's see if they can resolve it over the 3 hours that they say I will have to wait.
Everything went great and didnt take as long as expected...people were very nice and accommodating
They are slower than molasses. They do a good job, but it is a good thing the workers are paid by the hour and not by the job. They spend most of the time just walking back and forth. And they get in and out of your vehicle and leave greasy hand prints on the interior door panel.
Toby was excellent help....BTW this review is not for Normandy Blvd. Please read whole comment....Soooo my van has been leaking oil since I got an oil change a few months ago. Wasn't leaking bad at first but lately been going thru 3 qts a day... well my dad and Marvin did an oil change today and tire kingdom on Dunn Ave did not change my oil filter at all and when they put the screw onto the oil pan they stripped it and being lazy decided just,to seal it with sealant!!!
