Customer service sucks. Every time I go here there’s always some problems. Totally uncoordinated group of people that charge outrageous prices for the service you receive. Had four new tires installed about two months ago. Purchased road side assistance and the road hazard warranty. Got a cut in the sidewalk of one tire that’s supposed to be totally covered up to 12,000 miles. Ended up paying for the tow out of pocket only being told later I would be reimbursed. service and price....went in to get 4 tires. apparently with a 25% discount it would have been $690 for 4 tires. Was laughed at and told I'd never find tires under $400 with a warranty after I had expressed that was the price I had seen. Went two blocks down the street and got 4 tires with 45,000 mile warranty at Tires plus for $360 installed.....will never go back to Tire Kingdom again and will warn friends and family not to go either.

Tire Kingdom on Normandy is great. I was here Saturday at closing time and the staff was so helpful in airing up my tires; they told me to come back on Sunday, which I didn’t. Here today, with a hole in my left front tire. J’ville to too big and I drive too far!! Thank God for favor. I asked if I needed a new set of tires and they were so honest to say “no, not now; but you will.” Most companies would have said “yes” and sold me the most expensive tire. Earl is working on sending me multiple quotes. Awesome service!
Everyone was great. I had a tire emergency and got 4 tires and an alignment. Earl, the service guy was super sweet.

Very experienced techs that actually know what they are doing unlike the techs at the chevy dealership. Very professional business would go back
My tire was flat and they put a new valve stem on my tire for me and I asked them to take my spare off the truck and to put the tire back on my truck for me and they jacked up the truck and put the tire back on no problem. I highly recommend them, good people. Good service. Thank you for your help Michael!
