Recommendedhave had nothing but great service with this Tire Kingdom from basic oil changes to some major repairs,clutch, timing belts,water pumps and replaced all the pulleys and parts for it to be done right!!!!honest with all the repairs that I've ever had done there always call if they find anything that would impede a quality repair. and of course I get my tires there. Just left my 2:00 pm appointment for an oil changed that I had booked online after I was told the wait time would be an hour and a half! There is no way I would wait 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change appointment. Too bad too, as I have used the Tire Kingdom off of HWY 70 - Bradenton and all was perfect. Off to Jiffy Lube I go.
Had a appointment at 11am, once I got there at 10:50am they told me they couldn’t get to my car for another 5 hours... we’re talking about a quick oil change here... why do you have such a fancy website where you can make appointments?? NEVER taking my car there again.
Stopped at Harley Dealer near this place and also tried to pump our slow leaking tire. Valve stem core stuck in and needed a quick repair. Got the car here and 10 minutes later it was repaired! Thanks for the quick service!
We were heading out of town, had a blowout on the interstate, just 4-5 miles from the start. I called Tire Kingdom at Fruitville and Cattelmen's road, they had the tires we needed. We changed out the flat and headed to Tire Kingdom. The are great!. they got us in almost immediately, changed all 4 tires out and had us back on the road in an hour. they were quick, friendly and i will not think twice about going back to them when the care needs tires or referring a friend to them. Terrible customer service. I purchased a $100 battery 18 months ago and it died today. Got major attitude from them about replacing it under the warranty, but they were definitely happy to sell tires to someone else. Take your business to someone else that deserves it.
Great service! Blew a tire on 75 and made it to Tire Kingdom just off of the exit. Otto Delph was there to assist but did not have the tire we needed. I found the tire at the Mercedes dealership in Sarasota. They could not bring it to me so Otto gets in his truck and goes and picks up my tire!!! Are you kidding me. Outstanding! Brings it backs and installs it for a $22.00. Not his big sale of the day but certainly this manager deserves to be recongnized by TK corporate! Where do you think I am buying my next tires from?
Friendly staff. I had to take it in on a holiday weekend- thank goodness they were open. They kept the car, fixed it and I got it before the end of the weekend. Next day had to bring it back for a minor adjustment. Would recommend them in the future.
