Ever since they remodled the waiting room the customer service has dropped to nothing. I went in for a new tire, they only had 1 in stock and they damaged my crome wheel still waiting on the replacement. this VIP customer is not comming back
The gentleman were extremely polite and accommodating. I will definitely continue to get our oil changes here.
They did the tires right but my interior was filthy when I got it back kind of frustrating
I have been going to this tire kingdom for well over 2 years now with no issues but recently, on my past 2 oil changes, they have been awful. First one they didn't rotate my tires because "i didnt have a rim lock" in the car. I only found out they didn't rotate the tires when I got home and when I called that was their excuse... those rims/lugs don't have a lock. And this last oil change they didn't replace the oil drain gasket and actually FORGOT to add a ring seal on the oil filter. Oil had been leaking straight through th... read more
I went in there today at 10:30. No appointment and was in a pickle bc I'd had a nail in my tire. I knew it needed replacement rather than patch bc of where it was located. They got me in & out with new tire in under an hour. (Hoping for no issues since technician was new & it was quick but overall, initial impression was excellent. Awesome customer service too)
I tried to get an oil change at 5:40 pm today and stood at the front desk for ten minutes with no help before I decided to walk out into the shop where the guys were standing around doing absolutely nothing. There wasn't even a car one in the 5 bays they have. And I was turned away because they had an appointment at 6. Yet they close at 7. All I wanted was a quick oil change on my work truck.
