RecommendedWent in this (Saturday)morning because of a nail in my driver rear tire, Dan the service manager helped me right away, since I have a AWD vehicle, I needed to replace all my tires as manufacturer standard, Dan told me about store credit card and buy 2 get 2 tires free promotion with a excellent service package. So I applied for the in store card that even have 0% interest for 12 months. Dan got my vehicle in and out with all new tires and wheel alignment done so much faster then I think. Brought my car in to replace tire with nail and oil change. After two hours I walked out to the shop and they had the wrong tire off. They were just starting to replace the wrong tire. It has been two and 1/2 hours and I’m still sitting here. I called customer service and all they did was apologize. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Went in for an oil change. I had a 2 o'clock appointment and was 10 minutes or so early. No tire rotate bc I didn't need it (my choice). Just a simple conventional oil change. I didn't get out of there until a little after 3pm. A little annoyed but overall the service was good and couldn't beat the price $19.99. I will be back.
They were honest with me and didn't charge me for their hour long (and futile) effort to get my oil plug out. They suggested I can replace the oil pan for cheaper than they can. They're definitely way better than Firestone (who used an impact on the oil plug and installed my control arm upside down last time I took it there).
