Took my Jeep for 4 new tires. When I was driving home my wheel locked up. They forgot to tighten all bolts. This could of caused a very serious accident. Manager didn’t care just assured me they have insurance to cover these kind of things😡

RecommendedThe employee Louis was terrific. He showed me an affordable to pay for tires and brakes. He's very friendly and helpful. He introduced me to the "Flex Shopper" program. No one in the Venice, FL store has ever explained this program to me. Now, I'm able to get tires(very expensive) and brakes done without any money down. I'm extremely happy and thankful to Louis. He is definitely an asset to the Venice, FL Tire Kingdom location 😊

They rolled my F350 off the lift breaking both my back fenders. I understand mistakes happen, but they've been extremely slow reporting to their insurance company and following up on the issue. I use my truck for work, so this in a huge inconvenience to be without it, even if I have a rental, I still cannot pull my horse trailer. Very disappointed with customer service. These guys are awesome! Great customer service and had my truck all fixed up within an hour 1/2.
Took my vehicle in for maintenance. When I picked it up my sunglasses were missing, immediately turned around. Was told they didn’t have them and no one saw them. The next day I called the manager. He went through the camera footage and saw nothing. A few hours later the manager called back and stated he found the glasses under one of the machines.
