They Tried To Charge Me For New Part And Caught Them Selling Me A Used Part! Stay. Away From Tire Kindgom! Called Corporate And They Did Absolutely Nothing!
Have been coming to this Tire Kingdom for 14 years. Always great customer service, always explain in detail what my car needs and why, never try to sell me stuff I don't need. That's why I keep coming back!!
Not to happy right now... Bought new set tires 5 years ago have only put 37K miles on them, that average 7400 miles per year, well I've only put 4500 in this past year and half. And now told they are worn out, have alignment and road hazard policies on them and have had all done every 3500-4500 miles. OK, they have a 60K mile tread wearout warranty, so a new set should cost half of what I paid for them, RIGHT??? WRONG, they only want to give me $85 credit per tire that's $340, yet they want $757 for four new tires installed ... read more
