only place i get my oil change they are amazing people.
New tires, didnt have in stock, got tires fast and good price.
Stopped at tire Kingdom on Friday morning for a quick oil change, car ended up stalling out with power issues in the parking lot of tire Kingdom after three hours of digging around in my truck they tell me it's a bad fuel pump which is going to cost over $600. Decided to take it somewhere else more reliable and better priced and it turned out to be a five dollar part and an hour worth of work. Gotta love the shady practices these corporate mechanic shops love to play out and fool their customers!!!!!
I had a low tire pressure show up on one of my tires this morning on my way to work in Naples. I stopped at Tire kingdom on Cleveland in Fort Myers only to discover a screw in my tire. They were busy but took time to fix my tire within just a few minutes and when I ask to pay, he indicated it was on the house! He was so kind and I will plan to use them for any future business! Thank you for good customer service!!!!!
I was just transferred to this store . Very professional everybody does there job and help each other out . Have not seen anyone standing around or watching tv in the waiting room.
Horrendous Service! I took my car in for two new rear tires and an alignment and the entire experience was awful. The alignment wasn't done correctly, so I had to take the car back the next day for them to fix it. Then when I went to pick up the car there was grease all over my driver-side interior and steering wheel. By the time I arrived home both of my hands were completely black from the grease. 1:30 appointment for a simple oil change. By 2:30 I had to threaten to leave just to get them to pull it on the garage. Not even that busy! Looks like a Three Stooges movie in the shop. Lots of workers just milling around the waiting room, checking on football scores, etc. Won't be back.
