They are great if you lucky enough to get a representative who willing to go over and beyond to help there customers find what's right for them..
Either keep quality mechanics or only hire quality mechanics! A mechanic will make you or break you! I'll soon find out if they will stand by there service and repair mistakes come tomorrow! Getting a tire repaired and tires rotated and balanced has turned into a 1 year ordeal!
Asked about getting a tire plug done.... the response, we are booked, we can do it tomorrow..... really a tire plug takes a whole 3 mins.... quick $$ but nope, we’re booked today......
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I had a 9:00am appointment to have one tire replaced. Two hours later I had to have them pull the truck back in the garage to have the lock put back on the spare. When I complained about the wait time the manager argued with me rather then apologize. I WILL NOT BE BACK👎
I've had my car serviced there a few times and they've done a great job. I will definitely come back
Good service but they lied to me when I asked them what time they said 1:30 car didn’t even get pulled into the shop until 1:30 I had an appointment at noon... tired of the bullshit
Gabe and the crew at this store are great. My experiences with them have always been good.
This location is under new management. Mr. Gabriel Calorreti and his new staff provide great customer service and quality work.
