Had owner supplied rear brake kit installed on 2003 Audi Allroad....perfectly. Had cooling system pressure tested, revealing a leaking heater input hose. The mechanic was honest in saying he didn't know how to get to the part to replace it, though their labor book calls for a 1 hr job. He showed me the leak and the problems getting to the connection points, I had to agree that this leak was a job for the dealership. Sad to see so many bad reviews! Had an amazing experience with Vic, the new store manager. If you had a bad experience in the past, please give them another chance! I can’t imagine going anywhere else right now! Such good guys!
My truck caliper got stuck on the highway, my wheels started smoking bad and I was an hour from home with the family and the dog. It was 6:50pm (and they close at 7pm). We called, they waited for us...we arrived at 6:55pm. They ordered all the parts and spent a little over 2 hours replacing the rotors, calipers, brakes and pads on the front tires. Very bad service, DM did not want to even speak on the phone very rude. They are just a very shady company. They had my car all day and it's still there. They tell me I have more problems with my car then I really do. They don't know how to do their job.
outstanding, the guys did great, and not over charging me. and Dan, was very sweet. i haven't seen in in decades.
For taking care of me on a Sunday with short notice not only did they Patch my tire, but they took care of me on my alignment and they got me in and out pleased to have them in the neighborhood...
