I would give negative stars if I could ! I usually always take my car to the dealer to get it serviced , however in a time crunch and just happened to get a coupon in the mail for this place . I get all my regular service and there were no mechanical issues with my car . So I drop my car off for an oil change (the coupon was for $49, but somehow I magically needed a $69 oil change )anyway I pick my car back up the idle was rough , got worse the further I drove it . made appt online the day before, when I got there they said it didn't generate in the system. I showed them the email with my confirmed appt they said sometimes it happens and it doesn't show in their systems and told me if I still wanted to get it done it would be about 2 hours. I made this appt specifically for a road trip we were going on and this particular store was on the way out so I didn't have time. We had a lifetime warranty on tires bought at this facility, passed on to us from the previous owner of the car, which we just purchased a week ago. The warranty is 5 months old, and no where in the fine print does it say “we don’t except warranties when said vehicle is sold”. Tire Kingdom is dishonorable in not excepting a “lifetime warranty” no matter who owns the car,if the warranty is still in affect, and by the way , the gentleman was 91 years old, who sales a lifetime warranty to a 91 year old man, a dishonest company,... read more
I went in for brakes and was told I didn’t need them yet. How awesome is it these days to find an honest company. They have my business from now on and telling everyone in this area.
Super fast, nice, informative n trustworthy. Highly recommend , they go out of their way to be helpful. Awesome waiting room, comfortable chairs, coffee n water area kept clean. And what was really impressive, which I've never seen anywhere else, at a location like this, but bathrooms spotless, clean, was impressed! No loud yelling or screaming like you see at other places, very respectable and overall, extremely clean! Prices are awesome, along w the employees, highly recommend this place!
Stay away! Rip off artists at work! – Went in on Friday 11/11/11 to buy two new tires for my SUV, pretty simple right? NOT! Showed the SUV to Anothony(stay away from him he dosen't know what he is doing) on of the mechanics there and he told us he didn't have the right size tires in stock and that two thinner ones would work. Asked him to confirm that and he said it would be fine.
