These guys are awesome, I was having an awful evening stranded in Lakeland because of my tire separating with my 2 young children an these guys went above an beyond to get me back on the road again.
I just wanted to express our thankfulness to Chris Moore at the Lakeland Tire Kingdom. We were all set, packed and ready to go on vacation and noticed a slash in our tire. We called in advance and Chris said to come in even though they were already booked. He stayed past closing time to help change our tire. This could have potentially ruined two days of vacation since nobody was open on Sunday. You usually don't get customer service like this anymore. Thank you Chris and Tire Kingdom!!
I had my daughters Escape towed to your shop at 10:00 this morning . She had a flat tire I bought two front tires for her. When she went to pick up her vehicle at 6 o'clock nobody knew nothing about it I prepaid and it sat there all day and I never got a phone call. They said sorry and will get the vehicle in when we can..
