I dont recommend this place. The manager Richard is Unprofessional. He ordered the wrong tire for my Qx 50 infintie SUV. After the service I received today. I will never return. The service is very slow. Dan and Steve are very rude. I will be calling Corporate on on Mr. Richard and his staff. I am about right you will not treat me any kind away. I deserve to be treated as an equal. The service is terrible!!!
Do not take your car to Tire Kingdom. After they break it, they will tell you to take it to the dealership for repair and that they will reimburse you. Once you send them your receipts, they will say they will not pay because they did not do an investigation prior to repairs. RecommendedVery pleasant manager. They let my dogs hang out and wait with me as I live far in the country and they worked quickly and did a fine job!
Long story short, we realized that one of our tires needed to be replaced and we weren't going to make it home. Steve quickly assessed the problem and got us a new tire within an hour! Thank you sooooo much!! You guys are awesome!!
Picked up a 3 1/2” nail on the way home. Tire Kingdom plugged the hole without delay! They were nice about it, too; guess who will be getting my next tire purchase!
Richard, one of the managers took great care of my car as always! They we're able to fix everything i needed in one day! Also, during a busy time of the year. Two days before thanksgiving. Great job guys!
Ugh.... found a nail in one of my tires.... Lucky for me it hadn't gone flat yet and these folks are great at taking care of it. I bought the tires from one of their stores in south Florida a couple of years ago and they're still under warranty! ��
Duane and the employees provide great service! They know there products and recommend what you need but are not pushy! A happy customer I am!
