I went to Jiffy Lube for a simple oil change. They forgot to put the cap on. After a week of driving, the oil spilt recked my engine. After a months of dispute, I ended up taking the car to Tire Kingdom. Although they could not fix the problem, the mechanic was very helpful. He gave me advice and tips. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again. If you want to get your oil change, go to Tire Kingdom. I'm very happy about their service.
