RecommendedJoseph Bills assisted me tonight. I pulled up with a flat 10 minutes before closing. Met me in the parking lot, assured me that the fact that they were closing would not be an issue and that they would take care of me. Thoroughly walked me through the different options, set clear expectations around price, time, and warranties. Some of the most thorough customer service I’ve received in a long time.

This is the only place in town I trust for my vehicle. They are quick,efficient and I have never had to bring my vehicle back more than once for the same issue. Dom is the best manager I’ve ever experienced I highly recommend this location.
10/10 would recommend. My Escape pooped out on me Monday and it turned out to be both the battery and alternator (of course). By the time I was able to get it to the guys here it was late and I knew it’d have to be there overnight. Long story short I had to wait until today because they wanted their lead technician to work on it. Called around 8:30am to ask if they had any appointments available for that day and Dominic was able to get me in within the hour. First time going here and had a great experience. Very professional and great work, too! Definitely recommend them and will return.
Matt and Tyler helped plug a tire losing air while we were traveling! They were quick, courteous and very knowledgeable to help ensure our safety! A great lesson for our teenagers as they become drivers in a few years to always check your tires! Thanks guys!
