Jason and Pedro are extremely rude and slow. had a 9am appointment for 4 tires and at 2:10pm the car was still up on the lift with no tires. After my husband left for work because he could not wait any longer, Pedro tells my the car needs an oil change. They lied to me. Told me my tire could not be fixed. Said it was full of fix a flat spray. Wanted to sell me a tire. I took it to my Ford dealer and they checked the tire and it had NO fix a flat and was repairable. I would never trust them ever and neither should you. Honest service gives you continual business. Tell the owner and see if he cares.

Horrible experience with manager and DM at this Tire Kingdom involving tires. No customer service here. Go somewhere else if you can. We spent weeks on trying to find out out occurred with our transaction, many hours spent. The DM did not have the courtesy to speak with us, although requested numerous times.
