Been there 4 times in one month, can't get it right
Bought tires. When they were mounted my girlfriend noticed they had a brown tint to the tires. She figured they need to be cleaned. After they were scrubbed still had the same tint. After returning she was told they would file claim. When I spoke with service mgr, he stated to me that he recommended to the claims folks that he would recommend NOT replacing the tires. This is not nearly over! I work way too hard to get screwed on a $500 tire deal
Made an appt. to get a tire patch done. They removed the nail, patched the tire - and didn't charge me anything! Awesome!
