This place is a circus. I called and made a appointment to have some tires mounted and balanced . Appointment was for 5pm and I was told to pick up the truck at 7pm when they closed so I paid and left . They called me at 6:45pm as I was pulling into the parking lot to pick up my truck to inform me that they over booked and was not able to even start to work on my truck . Wasted 2 hours of my time . Unprofessional to say the least . I will never use them or should I say attempt to use them again.

Don't waste your time and money! This wasn't my first time there but it was my last. I needed an oil change and a tire plugged. Since I got my tires at Tire Kingdom on 44 I went there because the plug would be free and they would do other things while changing my oil, like rotate your tires, etc. I have always changed my own oil and will now continue to. When I picked up my car they did not plug the tire or even tell me that they didn't plug the tire. They also did not rotate my tires, fill up the washer fluid but they sure ... read more

Just a heads up if anyone is deciding to go to tire kingdom on 44 do yourself a favor and DONT! I went in today wanting to get 4 tires (one being “free” due to a promotion they’re running) and an alignment. While I was in the lobby they had me sign a paper before they took my Jeep back(which I know all car places do) They never once explained to me what they were ACTUALLY going to charge me for in order to get the “free” tire. They also had the “contract” covered up with another piece of paper so I couldn’t see what I was si... read more
