RecommendedDudes are top notch. Took a spare trailer tire in as it came with the wrong bolt pattern from the dealer. Guy at the front desk(didn’t catch his name) said give us 5 minutes. After done, I go what do I owe ya? He said don’t even worry about it and enjoy your trip back to Iowa. That’s the Karma stuff that comes back around! 100% recommend!

My usual location is closed and this one is the closest around. 2 at the front desk, one tried to sell me services that I either don't need or have been already taken care of and the other one was not listening when asked a question. the mechanic who worked on my car seemed very enthused (not!). Outstanding customer service! Our Budget rental car we had just picked up ended up with a flat tire soon after leaving the Tampa airport on our 1st day of vacation. The store was preparing to close on a Saturday when we pulled in. Billy went the extra mile to ensure our safety and squeezed us in before they closed, - Thank you is not enough!

apologize when you scratch a person's vehicle
Thomas was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was so helpful to me, did not try to up sale me on anything, and asked me lots of questions about my car. He did not make me feel stupid because I don’t know much about the mechanics of a vehicle. He took me out to the bay, showed me th computer alignment and stated only one tire was out of alignment. The gentleman who put my tires on was nice and friendly as well but I did not catch his name.
