Just got 4 tires put on. Service guy helped out a lot. I was on a budget so he got a good set of tires that were in my price range and worked for me. Also had tires put on my daughters car a few months ago. I liked that it didn't take all day
My Mom has been using this location for years. The Manager is always helpful. She, yes she, is so nice and she knows what she talking about! She has been such a big help to my Mom when I am out of town and can't be there. Even personally offers to drive her home if the repair will take a long time and always takes care of everything we need. Thank goodness there is a smart woman in the automotive business that we can rely on!
These people screwed up my oil change, causing my engine to seize and refused to help pay for any repairs or rentals. They then sent in Sedgwick Claims to inspect and come to a decision of fault however I've called them for 2 weeks with no answer or even a returned call about the claim. This is draining my money on rentals in the meantime. They scratched my truck and are now giving me the run around about fixing it! I have spent thousands of dollars at their establishment and this is how they treat their customers.
