Do not listen to their service recommendations. Their service manager Corey recommended a $250 service stating that my air filter (with less than 5k miles) was 60% clogged. I took it out after the service, and it still looked brand new. He also recommended a series of fuel system services that are not necessary or recommended at any interval by the manufacturer. I should have labeled my tires because it is likely that they were not even rotated with this lack of integrity and competence.

RecommendedWe were on a long road trip and stopped here because our car alignment was acting weird. They did a test drive, put it on a lift, and made sure everything was tight and in working order. They didn't find any issues but it definitely gave us some peace of mind. Gary was super helpful and didn't charge us for anything even though we fully expected to pay to have it checked out this thoroughly. Highly recommend this place!
Total rip off❗.
They broke the lug nut off of my 2016 mustang putting the tire on.Part of the lug nut is still broken on the wheel. They gave me the piece that broke off and said that they wouldn't do anything to make it right. They said that they couldn't give me any documentation on the event because it was all at corporate. They did give me a statement saying that they broke it and referred me to Ford.

Tire Kingdom, you're doing bad business. Don't give me a quote for $366, and when I agree to the purchase, you won't honor the quote, especially when I present the quote you provided, back to you. Now you want $600. Not today!!!!! #TireKingdom, #TireKingdomlearnfromGoodyear
3 hours to change out 4 tires is absolutely ridiculous
I haven't been disappointed with quality of service with or without an appointment. Never a long wait while car being seviced.
