What started out as a seemingly good experience with Mavis, turned into a headache. We took our Nissan there on Saturday 8/15 to get a balance and alignment. This was a last resort and a huge mistake on our part. They finished our service just before closing and we went to pick up the vehicle and drove straight home. Great price on tires no doubt, however there was a dead rat in the parking lot. After leaving my fiancé and I smelled oil so we pulled over and my oil cap was off of my car. I’m not sure why they even messed with it. Called back to ask why and got nothing but attitude from Justin.
RecommendedCheapest tire prices in the Tuscaloosa area in my opinion. Plus I checked all around before going to & yes they are the cheapest & friendliest.
I brought my truck in for them to look at one tire. Two hours later they tell me I need new tires. We just bought the tires from them in 2017. The shop manager made a comment that I did not buy the tires there. I said we did, my husband came here when it was Tire Engineer. The other manager pulled it up on the computer. I will not be back this is the second bad experience with them.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a tire from them recently and had a blow out yesterday and somehow first they conveniently cannot find me in the system by name or phone # (which both are clearly printed on my invoice) then when I get home and have invoice in hand and call back they say you had to of purchased additional item called road hazard to be able to have any kind of warranty...I asked about warranty when I purchased yet no one said ANYTHING about this and I’m guessing even if I had known about t... read more
Absolute crap show. Bought road hazard and you can’t even get service when you have a nail in your work car.
