The guy who runs the front desk is overly pushy. He waits until a female walks in the door and tries to sell them everything he possibly can and when you tell him no he pressures you even more. Worst service I’ve ever seen. Not to mention my fiancé took his vehicle here a few months back and not only was the wait time 2 hours but they also put the wrong oil in his truck even though he specifically told them what kind it took. We will never ever be back and as a local, we’ll be warning others and sending them to Sweat Tire!
Close the doors and find somebody to get out an update to the tire store there that note what are you doing
Was such nice and professional people there. Mr Mike the manager is on top of things and does his absolute best to get u done and out on a timely manner 😊will definitely be my place to go to for any automotive needs😊
had a flat tire on our trailer we stopped at tire engineer and we had wonderful service. we were back on the road in 30 minutes. thanks for friendly service.
I called today around lunch time and asked for a quote on tires. I was given an exact quote and discussed with them I would be there by 3. I had to take off early to get there on time, and when I arrived, the man informed me that they don’t even have those tires in stock and that someone in NY answers their calls. He said this was at least the third time this had happened today. Evidently, the answering service has no idea of the store inventory.
