Truck been in 4 times this year for tire wear issues and wasn't informed of problem till my tires were chopped up. DM said sorry can't help ya. New guys at shop seem very knowledgeable. Wished the previous ones were
Asked for directional toyos to be put on some new rims I purchased, and not only did they put the tires on wrong, but they didn’t replace the valve stems. So when I went to put the wheels on my car, all of the tires were flat and I noticed that 2 of them had tread facing in the wrong direction. Terrible work
service is very slow only had to change 2 fuel filters once they took the truck into the shop it took 2 hours to complete....said they was waiting on the filter..I could have gotten an Uber and had the filter there is 15 mins...man at the counter had time to purchase a computer from a couple that walked into the store and talked with them for another 20 mins time wasted...and charged me $217.05....this place is a joke....

My husband and I are on vacation in Gulf Shores. My husband noticed that we had a tire leaking air around the valve stem. We had just had new tires put a few days ago. The young man who took care of us was great. He didn’t even charge us. We highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire for all of your tire needs! You will not be disappointed!!!
