Picked up a nail on 465 this morning. Got my car over here, and they got me patched up and back on the road in less than an hour. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, just fixed my tire. Gina is an absolute gem, and her customer service and hospitality should not go unnoticed. No waste your time in this location, the attend the phone, before the persons on site
I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the day of the appointment my car was maintenance and it was done within a couple of hours.
Andrew was great, my truck rides great! I also got to watch them work to make sure another customer didn't leave in the rain on a bald tire with a nail in it, they went out of their way to treat him right too. We had a bad experience up the street, so I'm happy to make this my new tire shop!
