WARNING – SERIOUS SERVICE CONCERN I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation. After the visit, the DOT identification codes on the tires on my vehicle did not match the DOT codes documented on my original purchase invoices. I personally verified all four DOT codes when I purchased the tires. Tire Discounters was the only shop to service the vehicle after that purchase. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an automotive company. I purchased 4 brand-new tires and the warranty, expecting a straightforward tire installation, alignment, and promotional oil change. Instead, it turned into nearly a month of frustration, wasted time, excuses, and poor communication.
