I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Discounters. I came in for what should have been a simple tire service, but the entire process was frustrating and poorly managed. The wait times were far longer than promised, the communication was minimal, and I left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. Jaun is the GOAT at this location and it should be his location. The so called manager is a joke and told me he didn't have to tell me I had a bad tie rod prior to throwing new tires on and telling me I won't get my free alignment instead of telling me he couldn't do the alignment before taking my money I watched the manager and tech discussing something at the said tire but couldn't tell me, and didn't have to, but a professional would have. Been going here since they've opened always had a good experience until this last time. Was told a free alignment with the purchase of the new tires i bought so they replaced and I had to fix a tie rod for them to do the alignment. Brought it back after they did the alignment and decided to charge me. Terrible way to do business and I will not be returning to this tire shop after this
