Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. *Update- to make this even better they put the tire on the rim wrong* Campbell Station location- dropped off four go cart tires to have new tires put on- provided the rims and tires- had called prior to dropping off to inquire about price and was told $40.00 plus tax total. I called twice to verify this. Do not do business with these guys, especially if you’re a woman they will flat out lie to you. They claim that they’re not a Yokohama authorized dealer, even though they’re listed on the Yokohama website and Yokohama consumer affairs say they are. Gage and John the General Manager refused to do warranty work on my Yokohama tires even though Yokohama states they are an authorized dealer and they should’ve done the work. Per Yokohama. “They just didn’t want to do the warranty work.”
Returning customer-this time for oil change. Gage is always so courteous and knowledgeable! I knew something was amiss and perhaps had hit one too many potholes this winter and they took care of my tire also. I love the option of being able finance bigger bills on my Tire Discounters credit card if needed. Thank you John, Gage and team/crew !
Went in Saturday for an oil change. We were in an out within an hour. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
