Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. Very bad service and I replace for BMW all four tires after two weeks one tire was blow out they didn’t wanna cover it They didn’t have any warranty
So thankful for this team! Got a flat on a drive through Knoxville and Bill took us in, repaired the tire and sent us on our way within 20 minutes. Incredible customer service!
On two vehicles now, we have received fantastic and timely walk-in service. One was for a patch on a run-flat tire and the next a few months later was for a leaky valve stem. To boot, they didn't charge either time. I recommend this business. Friendly people and timely walk-ins make this place a must go.
We were traveling strangers in need of help when we arrived at Tire Discounters. We were relieved to find a very friendly, helpful service center. They worked us in, added two new tires to replace our defective ones, corrected our front end , and we happily went on our way! I will forever be grateful for their support, hospitality, and professionalism!
