Drove up after confirming they had my tire size in stock and the price... everything was fine I confirmed by phone I could buy a tire and leave with it to have installed elsewhere. They wanted all my personal information to buy a tire.. I don't care about warranty or anything just needed to buy a tire and leave but they want all of my personal information to just buy 1 tire. I had a sudden need for new tires. I called at 4:30 and Eva B. answered, gave me options and told me if I could get there in the next little bit, they could get me taken care of. I arrived at 4:45 and left at 6:10 with 4 new tires, ready to go! Eva B. was super helpful And very professional!
I made an appointment online, about a week and a half ago. I arrived 15 minutes early for my "free rotation" that was included in the price when I purchased my tires. My car was not serviced until they had completed 3 walk ins ahead of me (those 3 people were buying new tires, having a single tire replaced etc). It was very clear that they do not care about someone that had already paid for this service. I will gladly drive out of my way in order to not use this location again.
I initially had a problem with the communication between myself and what was being performed on my vehicle. But when Eva Burnett took over, she communicated the options to me, made recommendations and once I decided had the tire replaced quickly. Had she been the one to initially help me I would have been in and out of there within a decent time. Eva is professional and listens to her customers. She is an asset to this location.
Called to make an appointment for my “free” tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time of 9:30 AM. Finally left about 12:20. Everyone’s time is valuable. Mine included. This ended up being anything but free. Next time I’ll just pay the extra $15 to have tires rotated where I get my oil changed. I have no plans to return.
