Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. So far so good. . . Super friendly and taking care of four new all seasonal tires on our Toyota Rav 4.

Don’t be in a hurry when you come here. I got 4 new tires, I waited almost 4 hours. Brought the vehicle back for a simple alignment, I waited 2 hours. Both times I had made appointments ahead of time. I don’t know if this is all how all Tire Discounters work or if it’s just this location. Absolutely ridiculous. AND they need to hire another person to work the phones/customer service/check-in & out desks.
Very disappointed, stopped in for new tires and they couldn't do it so i got an estimate and left, called a week later and they couldn't make a appointment 3 days out, called another week later got my appointment for 10 am ,showed up at 9:55 I've now been waiting 1 hr its 11 my car is still in the lot ..terribly inefficient service
