I took my minivan to Tire Discounters for new struts and shocks. When I picked it up, it was obvious the car had not been realigned — it was making loud rubbing noises that anyone test-driving it would have noticed. I brought it back, and they admitted they had forgotten to do the alignment. After the alignment, the rubbing noises were still there.
