It cost me nearly 2 thousand dollars and 2 days for a simple brake job. This place is a joke, they do not stand behind their work, techs are rude and incompetent; I wasted a great deal of time and money and I deeply regret using this shop. If you value your vehicle do not take it here. I came in for a brake job: pads and rotors. I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at Tire Discounters Store #118 has been extremely frustrating, unsafe, and disappointing. Initial Brake Job: They performed a brake job on my Toyota Sequoia. Within 24 hours, the right front brake failed due to improper installation, locking up the tire while driving. The manager, Trey, admitted the work was done incorrectly and assured me it was fixed. Second Visit: A couple months later, I returned for new tires. I had a great experience here as I came in with a simple fix and they were kind enough to be fast and thorough as they could see I had just gotten off work and had groceries in the back. A customer came in with an attitude and unrealistic expectations but despite the tense atmosphere, Julien remained professional and calm. I appreciate that immensely as I get easily stressed and even with that, they still got me out within 10 minutes!
Great service and excellent employees
I've bought several tires here, but I will not be doing business here again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else. The guy there who says he's the General Manager is unprofessional and lied to me about not being able to repair my tire. Said it was dry rotted which was a lie. Took it to another shop(Fisher) and they said they never heard of the stuff the General Manager her told me. I know they were busy and didn't want to do my repair based off what the guy at the counter told me when I arrived there. Very disappointed!
