There are at least a couple dozen places to get tires in Lexington. Think twice before going here. You can get the same tires for less elsewhere and the blow back I from the staff if there is a problem is not a pleasant experience. Unless you like your time wasted and headaches. Avoid this dealer.
They give the best customer service. They are courteous and fast. Eddie Hernandez, the manager, will make absolutely sure your needs are met. He is a gem- polite, friendly and goes the extra mile!!
I came in for a simple tire rotation, but in the process the tech noticed that one of my tires was pretty dry-rotted. The manager |(sorry, |I don't know his name although |I know him by sight) worked with me to get a replacement for the bad rubber that wouldn't break the bank. As much as I hated to lay out the $ for a new tire when all I thought I was going to do was get my tires rotated, it was MUCH preferable to having to take care of a flat in this weather! Thank you
I would give 6 stars if I could. Great staff and the service was quick and professional! They found and fixed a nail in my wifes tire and helped me find a perfect set of winter tires for my WRX. I will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended.
Amazing team! I’ve been coming in for months to have the guys put air in my tire. Finally had the time to get them to check things out and they squeezed me in on a busy Saturday. Great customer service and very informative in sharing what the issue was. Very appreciative of their help!! Will be back!!

Thank you Eddie Hernandez and staff!! I checked on tires, was going to return and have them put on yesterday after a 1:30 meeting......one of the gentlemen took me to my meeting and my car was ready when I returned. I would recommend Eddie and his staff to everyone!!! And.....they called to check on my tires and car this morning!!!! A+ in my book!!
Amazing service! I was on the way to the airport and ran over something. I happened to be across the street from Tire Discounters and pulled in. It was very busy, but Eddie was kind enough to help me out and get me on my way. I can't thank him and his staff enough! Happy Thanksgiving!
