I have to say that this the people working at this Tire Discounters, especially Janet & Todd were a blessing! I came to Tennessee for the weekend, I was four hours away from home when I got a flat tire. This company was located an hour away from my original destination in Knoxville but I can truly say that Todd & Janet took care of me while I was away from home. Very pleased and will always be a Tire Discounters customer.
I made an appt and they were ready for my car. Pleasant wait area, friendly people and really good prices. Definitely recommend.
Very happy I decided to try the new store! Great service, very helpful and friendly. They had to order my tires and said it would be later that afternoon. I needed to go to class at UTC (before the tires arrived) and I was afraid I was going to have a tire blowout. They put my spare on so I could go to class. I was very thankful!. Also, I was pretty sure that my brakes needed to be replaced. They said they were fine and in the "green". Just needed new tires and alignment. Very thankful for the honesty!!
