I am a huge customer service critic and I am pleased to announce that Tire Discounters of Cleveland, TN did an outstanding job. I had a flat tire and all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced and aligned. Their customer service was top notch and their price beat everyone in town! I will definitely be going back here for any future car care needs I may have! Thanks guys your awesome keep up the good work!
Great service! No BS on pricing. Won't try to sell you things you don't need. Wait was a bit lengthy but it was a Saturday afternoon. Lobby was a bit cold. Nice clean facility.
Dropped my car off at 9am. Got a call my rear rotors also needed replaced. Took an Uber to Autozone, got the rear rotors, and brought them here. When I get here, they tell me Autozone gave me the wrong brakes for the front. To keep from having to get another Uber I asked them how much the brakes were here!! $79!!!!! Thats the same price I paid for the front and rear brakes at Autozone combined!!! Then the guy working on my car decides it time to take his lunch break!! Good prices. Very polite and nice employees. I asked for my jacket out of my car which was already up in the air on the rack. They were very nice and went and got it and returned with it and was polite about it. My car ended up not needing the free alignment so I was given a certificate for later use on any of my vehicles. Was very pleased. Will be going back soon for our other vehicles.
Was here a few weeks ago getting tires and wanted and alignment that they said couldn't be done. Less than 3 weeks later, the tires I got on the front were worthless. I go back in today and I'm not happy at all. They let the mechanic actually talk to me and show me the issues so that I would understand. I felt better after he was able to explain it to me. I apologized for my attitude and negative remarks about the company. The problems I've had with my truck are going to be fixed today.
