A flat tire in the morning is not the way to start my day. Got my car to Tire Discounters and they worked me in quickly and i was off to work. Great experience and very helpful staff. I will be back!!
Alternator went out. Coasted into Advance Auto who confirmed it. Got enough juice in the battery to get over to TD. Spoke with Anthony. They quickly got me set up for the next day. While doing the install, called me to say that the belt needed to be replaced. I asked how much additional labor it would cost. "Oh nothing--we will already have it out." FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks guys!
The price was good- they do match competition- facilities are clean and orderly. Staff was knowledgeable and professional. I too would have given the fifth star if the installation with appointment wasn't 2.5 hours
There have been 2 occasions when I have been heading out of town and either had a flat or a leak. The associates at Tire Discounters have always gotten me on the road in a timely fashion with great customer service.

Great service, good price for tires, came in without an appointment and left within an hour. Place is clean and has a comfortable waiting room. They do oil changes to!

Good service, if your car actually makes it on the rack. Why even make an appointment if you're going to wait for hours? Had to eventually leave without getting any work done, even though I was only there for a rotate and balance. Complete waste of my afternoon. And there were no apologies, no concern expressed. Very disappointing.
