I wish I could give them 10 stars. Honest, impeccable work, always on time and so friendly. It’s the kind of place I tell people every time I leave bc it’s so rare to find all this in one spot. Would not go anywhere else!
Complete garbage. Charged me $700 for an alternator without even warning me it would cost that much. The last car place i went to said they wouldve charged $300 less than half of what “tire discount” charged. Would recommend KwikKar way before you allow these guys to rip you off. Will never go again, and hope you dont either.
I came there 2 weeks ago and placed an order for a new set of tires. Made an appointment to return the following day at 4pm to have the tires put on. I showed up at 4 only to be told the tires did not come in due to a truck breakdown. Did not receive a phone call preventing me from coming down to the store. After showing up I was told they tires would be in the next day first thing in the a.m and that i would receive a phone call to come have them installed. Nothing more than an oil change and tire rotation yesterday, but I appreciate the service and professionalism the staff always extends to me. All of our future tires will come Tire Discounters!
Always have quality service here. The source of the mysterious tire leak has been solved! I so appreciate the care of going the extra mile to troubleshoot auto issues here. Wish more business were as customer friendly at the Bellevue store has always been.
