I honestly will never go anywhere else! I'm so glad they are located close to home now. This location (Hermitage) has AWESOME costumer service. Thomas and the rest of the guys are all amazing! I will definitely be coming back every time something is wrong or needing an easy fix like an oil change. I recommend them to everyone I come across about when it comes to cars.
My van is so smooth after getting 4 new tires and an alignment! Paul and Matt were great!
Paul was so nice to work with. When I called, he went through all the installation and tire options with me. I booked and he made sure I was in and out quickly. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. This was a great experience. There was also free wifi as well as a spot for me to work with my laptop while I waited. I could not be happier. Thank you!
I needed an oil change and called after they opened. The gentleman I spoke with was do kind and got me right in. Everyone was very friendly, very uncommon in a tire store! Better prices than the competition and better service. I will be back with all my family vehicles
They are very professional. Plus they will take the time to explain everything that is going on with your vehicle
I bought 4 New tires and got a FREE alignment on my Edge. They greeted me at the center of the room, very friendly and how they could help me. They gave me an option to choose from and never pushed any brand on me. My first time there so he told me about everything that they do, WOW 😳. Can't remember his name but I think he's from Australia. Would recommend to anyone the next time they need tires or auto service.
Great place, great technicians and fair prices. Will definitely go back for my tire and service needs.
