Steve & Dan we’re great! I called at 5:30 with a nail in my tire. They told me to come in right away, took care of the repair, and had me out the door by 6:45. We will use Tire Discounters for all of our car maintenance because of the honest service.
My Cooper Evolution H/T 29099 , 17 inch tires were listed online as costing $124 each but I was told in the store on Old Hickory Blvd in Hermitage that that was not so. So I had to pay $$155 for each tire. Was told it was an old listing. I saw the listing 2 days pryor. Other than that, the service was very good and I like my 5 day old tires and plan to get 2 more in May.
The only problem I had was that they didn't tell me when I made an appointment, that my appointment time only meant I would be the next on the list after that time for the first tech available to work on the car. So I waited 20 minutes before they even took my car. Other than that, the service was fine.
I live in Mount Juliet Tn and have been going to Tire Discounters since the store when it was open. It's, for me, the best place I've been. This particular day I went in for a slow leak in my tire and an alignment for my truck. The alignment because I had just taken my front spindles off and replaced the bearings, tie rod ends, lower ball joints, rotors and break pads.
