I called Shaun to see if he could handle an oil change and rotation timely, and by the time I got there, he called me by name as I walked up to the counter. I've been dealing with this location since they opened (and bout two sets of tires in Mt. Juliet before that). Great people and great service. That's why I keep coming back...........
Service it's awesome and fast! I walk in, no appointment, It's snowing outside and still they were willing to work on my vehicle! They do care about customers.
Josh was so much fun to work with and found me a great set of tires and a deal on a synthetic oil change.. The final bill was even lower than the estimate and they even gave me free wiper blades and ordered a back wiper blade which was there in 15 minutes. I dropped off my car, went to the gym with a friend and as soon as I got back it was done. A full 30 minutes before the time they said it would take. Friendly hometown service and a pleasure to do business with.
I just stopped in to Tire Discounters in Hendersonville to get a quote on two sets of tires. The young lady there started a quote on a set of Cooper tire, I asked her what other brands they offered. She then said I could find that online. Well, I guess I'll go somewhere else for my tires. VERY poor customer service. I won't be doing business here.
BEWARE! Very disappointed! We own a business and started taking our vehicles here. Two months ago they told me my brakes were bad so we trusted them and replaced them for lots of $$. Last month we took another vehicle and they told us the brakes were bad. So we took that to our mechanic, brakes are FINE! You loose TIRE DISCOUNTER ... WE WILL NOT BE BACK!
