My husband went into Tire Discounters last weekend. They didn’t have the tires needed, so they set up an appointment for him today and ordered the tires. He gets to his appointment, and they inform him they sold the tires they ordered for our car. Does he want them today? Yes he wants them today, that’s why he made an appointment. I can’t even fathom how you have an appointment set up for someone, then sell the tires that were ordered for their car.

Normally the Amelia location is very accommodating. We have a corporate account and do a lot of business with them. we had a cart tire go flat. took the tire and tube up to be put on. told us they could not get to it until 7:00 PM. Not sure our company wants to do business with a company who cannot accommodate an account on a urgent matter.
All I needed was a tire put on rim and it became a bad ordeal. They scarred my rim and then made me wait for 2-3 weeks to tell me they couldn’t find a replacement. I called corporate and go figure 2 days later they found one. Unfortunately the one I received is also slightly damaged but the manager told me “you’ll be fine “. My wife and I have spent a lot of money at this store but never again. They lost my business and everyone that I know that I’ve told as well. If you want a good job don’t go to this location!!
I had an appointment after sitting there hour and fifteen minutes and seeing cars pulled in the bay that cam in after me Will not be back.
