it is now day 3 of the hostage situation. dropped off the car Saturday to fix the $3k worth of screw ups. and now its Wednesday. haven't heard a word from anyone, including the service manager that rolled his eyes at me on Saturday.
RecommendedI went in there and I was the only customer and they said for 4 new tires plus a free front end alignment it was gonna be 2hrs and I said I don't have 2hrs to wait and as I got in my car to leave a guy came out and promised me they would have it done in an hour so I went ahead with it. They had me done in an hour and did an amazing job!! Great knowledgeable staff also!!!

I am surprised by how long I have to wait! I stoped in one day because I believed I needed a tire repaired. I understood they could not get me in right away but the front desk was understaffed and I had to wait a while to be helped to set up an appointment. Later I tried to call and reschedule my appointment and again the front desk was understaffed and I had to wait over 10 min to talk to someone. Had a great experience at Tire Discounters the other day very professional service very knowledgeable and informative on exactly what I was there for got me in and out a satisfied customer here highly recommended place for your automotive and tire needs definitely will be going back for future services....

Great place to buy tires, l have for years. Not so great price wise for repairs. Told me l needed rear brake pads for my 2014 Honda Civic $350 for lifetime ones. Got the same brakes for $259 @ Monro. Oil change and other services posted prices are no bargain either. However you can always trust their work and integrity
Had two tires mounted, balanced and put on my car. I was a walk-in at 8:30. They did a free alignment check which checked out fine and was out of there before 10am.
