The team at tire discounters went above and beyond. Great service and very friendly. I would defentally go back and see Jerry and crew again.
Satisfied with the service.there is one tech that I will not let work on my car. I had my truck in for rotation. Checked my air pressure Lf 31-Rf 39-Lr 37-Rr 37. I was told the person 👩💻 couldn't get the valve stem off. Went out took it right off. Took my other car in for new tires the next day, went fantastic! Other then that one tech, this is a great store.
I had a very pleasant surprise today! I've been struggling with two slow leaky tires for some time now and Angelo's Automotive suggested I see Jerry H. at Tire Discounters, in Dent. Turns out that where I bought my tires a few years back (not at Tire Discounters) installed the wrong valve stems. Tire Discounters replaced all 4 of them and told me to have a nice day. No charge? No sir, have a nice day! A pleasant surprise, indeed! Thank you Tire Discounters!!
Who knew you could have an enjoyable experience at a tire store? We are definitely giving any business we can to tire discounters. They are kind, cheerful, fast, and go above and beyond expectations. We will be back!
