I do not recommend the Dent location if Dave is working the front desk. I ended up having to leave before any work was done (simple oil change) because he spent so much time on personal chatter and trying to figure out how to work the computer, there was no way my car would have been finished in the hour I had allotted. Even with making an appointment and advising him that I had limited time - he was no help (in fact - he was a time drain) in facilitating prompt service. I will never use that location again.
The people at the West Chester center were incredibly kind and wonderful in preparing my car for the Winter! They work with you and are very professional
Needed new tires a.s.a.p. I called Tire Discounters Saturday morning & was given an appointment right away. Took less than 1.5hr wait & we were out the door with great new tires & Free Front end Alignment. Friendly helpful staff too. Thanks Tire Discounters. A+++++
Very competent staff that worked with me and the warranty case I had on my tires. They are able to handle mechanical repairs and tire problems as well at a decent price and they are all around metropolitan Cincinnati Ohio.

I highly recommend this Tire Discounters location! Eric was super helpful and profession when I stopped in today to get help with my car. They were able to fit me in at the last minute and got me a great deal on new tires! Excellent customer service, I will be back!
